This is where you and I meet....

in the yearning, in that seeking for understanding yourself better.

The journey requires a letting go of your need for doing, fitting in, and looking for outward validation and instead enjoy being, belonging, and awakening to the deep mysterious world within.

You’re in the right place if you’re open to seeing things a bit differently and also experiencing life fully through all your senses, especially your intuition. Sarah and I will walk you through an audio experience of Martha Beck’s Finding Your Way in a Wild New World: Reclaim Your True Nature to Create The Life you Want.

I believe that our new revolution is Evolution. You can create your wild new world; we’ll show you how to begin. The future of our work provides daily meaning. We can work with a greater sense of purpose.

So reduce the head noise, get some space and resonate instead.

We’ll be with you the entire ride.

Wishing you well now and all ways,

Vivian

Week 11: Chapter 13

Forming Your Art, Mending Yourself is the focus of today’s conversation. We discuss the different ways we naturally mend ourselves and the roles they play in what we have to offer to the world. In this chapter, Martha outlines ways to explore this and we do so together in the recording.

Current events that are often shown on the evening news and social media depict depressing scenes of conflict. And while it is true that there are many suffering in this day and age, we are also living in an era of great opportunity. Today’s conversation may ignite gratitude and appreciation for being a part of this global transformation.

If you haven’t already, complete the list Martha provides regarding the 10,000 hours of deep practice on page 240. If you are having a difficult time coming up with ideas, go back to a hot track. When was the last time you found yourself truly immersed and enjoying the present moment? What were you doing then? Who were you with?

Xx,

Sarah
